General Information

All units are non-smoking! Smoking is allowed outside only.

Rental application procedures include credit checks, rental and work references, as well as criminal background checks.

We do not allow pets; however, you may see some pets at our properties which were grandfathered in under prior policies!

Emergency Procedures

In an emergency, please call 911!

For heat outages, serious water issues, and other critical problems,
please contact our maintenance manager at 715-450-6558!

For everything else, please complete a maintenance request (our average turn-a-round is three days).

Parking Permits and Assigned Parking

Parking is always at a premium wherever you live. For that reason we have PARKING PERMITS.

These permits are issued to all tenants without garages at properties with off street parking. The permits are issued to assist with snow removal, lawn care, and, most of all, availability.

ALL visitors must park on the street! No exceptions!

Assigned parking means one stall is reserved for each unit. If there are unmarked stalls, they are on a first come, first serve basis for tenants only.
